　　建设理由和条件：The overall planned area of Dongtai Industrial Park is 4,500 mu, of which Phase One is 1,500 mu. So far, Fujian Xiangxin Hardware Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Dongxing Industry Co., Ltd., Jingjiang Xinxin Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and some other projects have settled here. Dongtai Industrial Park is planned and constructed for the introduction of new energy vehicles, whose supporting projects are the Shenyang-Haikou Expressway Dongtai Interchange (under planning), the demolition and resettlement housing project, a 110 KV substation, the Dongtai River diversion project, and so on.
